Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce services and products and address questions or concerns.
Identify potential clients and gather information to build the customer database.
Accurately record call outcomes and customer interactions.
Provide information and resolve customer issues.
Follow up on leads and enquiries to support conversion into sales.
Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication, active-listening ability, a target-driven approach and the ability to work independently and within a team. Basic computer and CRM familiarity is beneficial. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply.
